Good Afternoon All,
I had an applicant reach out to me to see if we can provide accommodations for applicants who observe the Sabbath. We have two interviews that are both on Saturdays. I have never been asked this before. Are there any rules that require we provide accommodations? I plan to check with our labor relations office but wanted to know if there were rules with AAMC, ACMGE, or other governing body. I did a quick search and do not see anything.
