Hi Donna – I have a residency program, not fellowship, but we run our interviews in one 4-hour Saturday morning (in which we interview 75 people). Here is a sample of our agenda. We start the day with a 30 minute talk by the Chair of the Department about Mayo Clinic, we have a 1 hour program director talk which highlights the residency program, we have 4 15-minute interviews, and we have a 45 minute tour of our campus. In the down time we have residents from our program having casual conversations with the applicants answering any questions.
