Hello all,
My PD and two residents will be going on an international medical mission trip in March for one week to Ecuador. Our GME dept is asking that we submit a Program Letter of Agreement (PLA) with the medical missions that are a 501C3 nonprofit organization and then asking us to also inform the RC.
Has anyone else’s program done an international medical mission trip? This is my first time dealing with this and I would like some guidance.
