Hello. I am trying to book a hotel and it states there are no rooms available. Are there are hotels in the area that are still close to the conference that we could stay at?

I had that problem as well. I contacted the AAOS at 1-800-931-6026 and they were able to reserve the hotel room for me.

I was really wanting to get the quote so I can submit it for my travel auth. but I have no clue what to do since its telling me there are no rooms. I wonder if I call them if they can send me hotel room quote.

Another suggestion…is an AirB&B. I stayed at one in New Orleans and it was nice. I even enjoyed the early morning walk to the conference hotel. I don’t know what you might find close in Orlando, but just a suggestion. Also, check to make sure you will be reimbursed for AirB&B!

Or reach out to the ARCOS membership to see if anyone wants to share a room that they already have reserved. This cuts your hotel cost in half. I share a room and my roomie is awesome! 🙂
