I’m the Education Program Manager for Stanford Ortho and I’m trying to get approval for some much-needed additional support for our Ortho Residency Program Coordinator. I was asked to contact the top 20 programs listed in Doximity to gather some data around program support from our peers. Calling everyone seems daunting, so I thought I’d reach out through this amazing resource. If you work with any of our peer programs and can provide some basic data, we would be very, very grateful. Please include anyone who handles medical student rotations/interviews/event planning/social media support/skills lab coordinators. Please do not include GME Office staff if your GME Office is separate from your Program Office.
