Does everyone participate in FREIDA? Do you feel there is a benefit? Most of the other programs at our institution participate but I feel that with Ortho being so competitive we always get a good pool of applicants without FREIDA. Thoughts?
Our residency program fills in the facts for Frieda, but does not spend the extra money to advertise. Our Spine Fellowship program does spend the extra money to advertise.
Hello Sara. Our residency program completes the information for FRIEDA but does not spend any money to advertise with them. Word of mouth is the best advertiser for our program. At least that’s how we get our residents.
