We’ve been back in the office since May 2020. We were given some flexibility for a couple of weeks in December when the schools shut down again.

At TMC I am hybrid 3 non consecutive days in office (Mon, Wed and Thurs)- two at home. The model was created to ensure coverage. During the height of the pandemic I was in office 1 day a week.  The hybrid model was implemented after the state of emergency expired for KCMO. It was negotiated with the hospital’s CMO and each Program Chairs/ Program Directors.  I am so thankful to be able to have it! The world has changed and TMC has been great in adapting and responding to the opinions and needs of their employees.

We’ve been home since March 2020, going into the hospital as needed. I work for a hospital, not university. The hospital system recently announced they will encourage more remote/hybrid schedules as appropriate for each role. Departments and managers will be working on the details of what that will look like over the summer with the plan for all schedules to start after Labor Day.

Starting August 1st I will be in the office 3 days per week. Up until now I’ve come in only for specific things that required me to be there in person.

Currently, I am on a hybrid schedule. I work from home two days a week and in the office 3 days a week. I am enjoying the flexibility!

At WVU I am working from home 4 days a week.  I go into the office on the PD’s administrative day and/or whenever necessary, ie – orientation, education retreat, graduation preparation.   We have not been given a time frame as to when we will be back in the office full time.

I came into the office most days but had the option to work remotely. However, it is not ideal for me, so I worked from home when I had appointments or had to take my mother to her doctor appointments.

We had a week of snow back in February and I worked from home then because the city was virtually shut down.
