We will have our first Fellow graduate and I have to draft up a sample of what a Trauma Fellowship Diploma looks like. Apologies, only have had residency and this is my first time as Fellowship Coordinator.     Would anyone have a sample they care to share just to get an idea? Very much appreciate it.

    Hi Tica!!

Attached are the certificates that I use for my Hand and Trauma fellows as a PPT file.  After I edit I save it to PDF and send to a local printer who prints in on “nice certificate paper” in the appropriate size for a medical graduation certificate.  I get these framed so it’s better if you get it a more standard size.  And yes, there is a constant battle over the “a” in orthopaedics at my institution so…..

    Tica,

I have attached a copy of the one we use at West Virginia University.  It is actually provided by the School of Medicine.  They are the same as our residency certificates, just changing what they have completed the duties of…..Fellow in Adult Reconstruction, Fellow in Spine Surgery, Resident in Orthopaedic Surgery.  The certificate is signed by the Dean, DIO, Chairman and Program Director.
