I am new to my position and I have not yet gone through the process with my 4th year residents of assisting them with their fellowship applications. One resident who will be doing Sports Medicine and doing the SF match asked me how and where he should have his LOR’s sent. Any and all insight on this process is much appreciated – I have no idea how to direct my 4th years as they begin to apply!
