Hello- Do any of you use digital signatures on applications for rotations or other documents for your residents? If so, do you obtain a consent to do so?
I first ask them for consent. They are always so busy that they do not mind. But I always ask them for consent and if I feel cautious with a particular resident, I just don’t bother asking. I require the actual signature.
