Hello All!
Would anyone be willing to share their conference/didactic schedules with me? Currently, I don’t have any type of schedule. We use the schedule from OrthoBullets. I don’t have a specific schedule I send them monthly.
We have a site visit scheduled and they are asking for a didactic and conference schedule for each year of training. Could this just be a generic word document?
Any help would be appreciated.February 11, 2020 at 3:58 pm #1879Ramona GuydenParticipantOurs varies..but here is an example.

You may be able to save yourself a bit of time by just conference tracking on whatever system you use. We use MyEvaluations.com. Simply select a resident (maybe a chief) that you know attends most if not all conferences/trainings and run their attendance report(s). The report should give you a clean outline with conference title, date, CME (if applicable), etc. Well wishes for your site visit!

I create monthly calendars in Word and save as a pdf to share with residents and faculty on a monthly basis. We have attending presentations, resident presentations, Basic Sciences Seminars and also simulation labs for the academic conference. Attached is an example of a monthly calendar.
