It’s here!  Registration is open for the 19th Annual ARCOS Conference

Dates:  Tuesday, February 13 through Thursday, February 15, 2024

Venue:  San Francisco Marriott Union Square, San Francisco, California

Register Today to get in on the Early Bird Rate!!

• Login to the ARCOS website:  https://www.arcosonline.org
• Select “Register and Book Your Room” from the Home page
• Read the information and scroll to the bottom of the page and select REGISTER
  • To get the Early Bird Rate, please enter one (1) for quantity
• Complete your registration information and payment option
• You will then receive a receipt via email.  Please email Melissa, ARCOS Treasurer, if you need assistance at wheelerm@summahealth.org

While you are logged into the website, if you have not done so already, book your room at our conference hotel.  Look for the link:  Book your group rate for ARCOS Annual Conference.  There are a limited number of rooms in the ARCOS room block so book your room today!!

• The Preliminary Program is your roadmap to the journey of discovery, innovation, and learning we will begin on February 13, 2023 – it will be here so soon!
• The Patsi Furr Coordinator Spotlight Applications are being accepted until December 1, 2023.  This year we are encouraging a single presenter or more than one presenter to share their knowledge and passion in a presentation.  You still have time to pull your presentation together!!  Click the link to find out more!
• How about presenting a Poster this year?  This also can be a single or group project.  If you need inspiration, view the Poster Making with Beth Wueste video, and see all the resources available to help you make your own poster on the ARCOS website!  (Upcoming Events >>> View as List >>> View ARCOS Virtual Sessions – scroll to the bottom of the page to find Beth’s presentation).

There are still rooms available in the ARCOS Room Block!

Make sure that you adjust the Arrival Date to the actual date you are planning to check in to the hotel.   The default is Sunday and you may get an error message if you do not change the date.  All links are on the ARCOS Website Home Page.

REMINDERS

Early Bird Registration Rate of $550 expire on October 31 – Checks must be postdated by October 31, 2023.  In November, registration will be $600.

Scholarships to attend the ARCOS Conference are still available!  Please contact Kim kim.weingartner@uc.edu as the deadline to apply for the Professional Development Scholarship is tomorrow 10/20/23.

Also, today is the ARCOS Virtual Session with Thalamus at 3PM Eastern.  Once you are logged in to the website you can register for Thalamus 101 on the Upcoming Events page and we will see you then!
