Annual Program Evaluation Deadline?

My GME wanted to see if we could find out what other institutions pick as their APE deadline.  When do they release your APE to complete and when is your APE due back to your GME office?

Our GME  opens up APE July 1 and it’s due by end of August.

Our GME office sends it out September 1 and its due October 31.

Our APE are made available in March and due back to the GME office by July 31st.

Similar timeline for us.  We can complete them at any time but they are due back to GME by Sept. 1.  We typically start ours in May/June.
