Alumni Party at AAOS 2022

Has anyone received an email about requesting space for an alumni party for AAOS 2022 in Chicago? I am new to this responsibility. I haven’t received anything nor an answer to my email to AAOS.

I have been wondering about this as well.  Since ARCOS has not been assigned space yet I assume they are behind.

I just received something from Ellen Bushong yesterday.  The deadline for requesting space through AAOS is Friday, December 3, 2021.

Can someone explain the process of requesting meeting space to me?  I received an email after I submitted the meeting request and the email said to make my inquiry to the hotel.  Is there a webpage that contains all email addresses of the hotels?  I feel like I’m missing something.

I had the same question so I emailed Ellen Bushong with AAOS.  She said “You will want to forward your submission confirmation to your desired venue to arrange space and F&B. Once it is finalized, the hotel will confirm with us so we can add it to the MyAcademy App. ”
