This whole situation is MIND BLOWING! Fortunately, I booked through AAOS and they told me I would receive a full refund within 14 days (my employer paid for my stay in full, so I worried about this).
Its a shame other companies have no “Plan B” in the case of emergent situations. This is nationwide and will no doubt cause hardships everywhere, in every sector. I’ve really taken note to what hotels I will not ever consider staying at… those listed above.
