Anyone have a site visit letter they are willing to share stating what they want compiled for their review? I’m moving buildings to our new Ortho hospital soon, and am trying to purge the filing cabinets, but I don’t want to be reckless. I’ve never had a site visit in my time here. This seems like an ideal time to create the site visit binders and purge all the things that I don’t need to retain. I see this (attached) but wondering if those with recent experience have more insight.
