Hi! I am new to the orthopaedic Surgery Residency and recently reviewed the process for collecting ABOS Surgical Skills modules for PGY1 Residents. The program has a history of having a hard time collecting these and having them completed. I am curious if someone can share with me some of the ways your programs have these completed? Do you have a process that works? I appreciate any help or insight, thank you!
