    Dear Colleagues –

    I wanted to provide you with an update on the location for our 2023 Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, NV (March 7-10, 2023). We are in the final stages of negotiating and confirming the meeting location for the ARCOS group. Once confirmed, we will send an announcement so that each member may make hotel reservations and additional preparations to attend the conference.

    Also soon to come is the 2023 Annual meeting preliminary program.

    The registration fee for the Annual Meeting will be $550.

    When exactly will our registration open? I’ve seen a few different dates/times. May we have a singular link with direct information please and thank you?

    Thank you for the update. I need the registration fee form and W-9 asap in order to get approval and payment processed from Corporate which will take several weeks to process.

    Hi, Karla & Donna – The meeting will take place at Caesars Palace. The address for Caesars Palace is listed in the preliminary program (please see my post and email from today). Attached is the appropriate W9 (as well as information on membership renewal) for your reference. Following are the steps to access/complete the online meeting registration form:

    Go to the ARCOS Webpage: https://arcosonline.org/
    Sign in to your ARCOS account
    Click on Upcoming Events
    Change the view to ‘View as List’
    Choose the ‘18th Annual ARCOS Meeting’ hyperlink.
    Follow the prompts to complete the meeting registration process
    After registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email with a calendar invitation

    The deadline for meeting registration is January 15, 2023.
