Meeting Registration is OPEN – I am happy to announce that registration for the 2023 Annual Meeting is now OPEN! The deadline for meeting registration is January 15, 2023. Below are the steps to complete your registration:

Go to the ARCOS Webpage: https://arcosonline.org/
Sign in to your ARCOS account
Click on Upcoming Events
Change the view to View as List
Choose the 18th Annual ARCOS Meeting hyperlink.
Follow the prompts to complete the meeting registration process
After registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email with a calendar invitation

Membership Dues: To receive the $550 meeting registration rate, please be sure to renew your membership dues. For more information about renewal of your membership dues, please reference the 10/14/22 post in the ARCOS Online Community entitled, ‘Annual Membership Dues – 2023.

Meeting location: This year’s meeting will be held at Caesar’s Palace, 3570 Las Vegas Blvd South, NV, 89109.

Hotel Rooms: Be sure to book your hotel room as soon as possible to ensure that you have accommodations. You can book your rooms by going to the AAOS Housing webpage at: https://www.aaos.org/annual/housing-travel/housing/

Preliminary Program: Attached is the preliminary program for the 2023 ARCOS Conference. The theme for this year’s meeting is: The Art of Pivoting: Orthopaedic coordinators as leaders.

Patsi Furr Lectureship:  As a reminder, the Patsi Furr Lectureship was created to both honor the legacy of the late Patsi Furr as well as to feature one of our own ARCOS members. If you are interested in presenting on a topic related your expertise in GME administration, it’s not too late! Please submit your abstract using the submission link found on the ARCOS homepage: https://arcosonline.org/

2023 Call for Posters: As a reminder, ARCOS invites proposals for abstracts for our 2023 Annual ARCOS Conference. All abstracts that are accepted will be presented onsite as a poster during the conference, occurring on March 7-10, 2023, at Caesar’s Palace. The members of ARCOS are encouraged to share their innovative ideas, projects, or processes with their peers. Additionally, be on the look-out for information from Past President, Kim Reising, about need-based grants that may be available to attend the Annual Meeting.
