Dear ARCOS Members,

I’m writing to kick-off the ARCOS membership renewal season. The membership year runs January 1 – December 31 and we start the dues renewal process now to give you time to renew your membership before the end of the year.

Since we recently implemented a new membership management system on the ARCOS website, the dues renewal process will be a bit different now.

Membership dues continue to remain $275 per year. Annual dues are paid by just one member from each sponsoring institution. That member is now considered the “Primary Member” (most often it is the orthopaedic residency coordinator). Once that person has renewed dues, other members (additional orthopaedic residency and fellowship coordinators) from the same institution are covered and I will renew their membership manually.

To pay by credit card, log into the ARCOSOnline.org website.* From the “Our Community” dropdown menu, choose “Manage Membership.” Scroll down to see the box where you can renew your membership, and proceed to follow instructions to pay by credit card. Your membership will be renewed automatically.

To pay by check, you can use the attached invoice and W-9 Form to request a check from your institution.

Please make sure to use the current ARCOS PO Box address in Boston and confirm this address is updated in your institution’s payment system.

Once I receive the check, I will renew your membership on the website and send you a receipt via email.

*If you have not yet logged into the ARCOS website since we launched the new system, please be aware that your username is now your email address and you will need to request a password upon first login.

If you have trouble receiving the password via email, please contact me and I will set one for you.

Remember, you must be a paid member in-order to receive the membership rate on our Annual Meeting Registration and to have continued access to our online membership forum.
