Hi ARCOS Members,

We are excited to offer a virtual session for members on Tuesday, November 3rd at 2:00PM Eastern/ 11:00AM Pacific.

Bring a coffee and join us for an “ARCOS Coffee Hour” where members can connect, share ideas, and discuss best practices. It’s a great chance to meet others, spark new conversations, and learn from one another.

Some topics we think would be helpful to discuss during this time of year:

• Upcoming Recruitment Cycle (best practices, interview set up, CORD Universal Offer Day on 11/16)
• OITE 2026 (how’s it going!)
• ABOS KSB 360 (did your program participate, how do you use the data collected)
• ARCOS Conference in February- Are you registered!?

Of course bring any other topics or questions you would like to discuss with your ARCOS colleagues!

Here are the instructions to register:

• Log into the ARCOS website at https://arcosonline.org
• At the top of the page, click on ‘Upcoming Events’ then click on view as list. Click on “ARCOS Coffee Hour” and complete the registration
• You will receive an email with your registration confirmation, including the Zoom link
• Open the email to access the information and add the information to your calendar

Any questions about this virtual session please contact Courtney at cmatlach@montefiore.org

Hope to see you all there!
