    Hello ARCOS!

I am conducting a brief survey study titled “Fostering Psychological Safety: The Orthopaedic Surgery Program Coordinator Perspective.” The purpose of this study is to better understand how program coordinators contribute to creating psychologically safe learning environments for residents and fellows, as well as the challenges and opportunities associated with this role.

I invite you to participate in a brief 2-3 minute survey exploring how program coordinators help foster psychological safety within orthopaedic residency and fellowship programs. Your feedback will help highlight the valuable contributions of program coordinators and inform future efforts to foster psychological safety within our training programs.

Participation is voluntary, and responses will be kept confidential. If interested, please complete the survey by October 2, 2026.

    Warm regards,
