Dear ARCOS Community

As part of my professional development, I am pursuing certification in Leadership and Performance Coaching through ACT Leadership/Brown University School of Professional Studies. I was drawn to this after realizing how well coaching aligns with my own values around curiosity and connection and seeing how helpful it can be for a variety of professionals, especially in healthcare. Whether working through challenges, stepping into a new role, evaluating options or working toward new goals, coaches help clients think a little differently, find answers within themselves and create accountability for follow-through.
