I hope this message finds you well! As we begin planning for another exciting year, I wanted to send a friendly reminder to renew your ARCOS membership dues for the 2026–2027 academic year.

To keep your membership active and avoid any interruption in benefits, dues must be renewed by July 31, 2026. Memberships that are not renewed by this date will be deactivated.

Maintaining an active ARCOS membership provides continued access to:

-The ARCOS website and Online Community
-Virtual educational sessions and professional updates
-Eligibility to register for and receive discounted rates to the ARCOS Annual Conference
-Networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities throughout the year

As a reminder, ARCOS dues are paid by institution, meaning all orthopaedic coordinators at your institution are covered under one annual fee. Please ensure that the Primary Member and all Associate Members are listed under the exact same institution name so everyone remains included and active.

In addition to renewing your membership, we encourage you to mark your calendars for the 2027 ARCOS Annual Conference in Dallas, Texas, from February 16 through 18! Join us for an enriching experience filled with insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and best-practice presentations designed specifically for orthopaedic surgery coordinators. The ARCOS Board is excited to bring our community together once again for collaboration, learning, and professional growth.

The Council of Orthopaedic Residency Directors (CORD) is expected to hold its annual conference immediately following ARCOS, providing another valuable opportunity for coordinators to engage with orthopaedic education leaders and peers. We encourage you to discuss attendance with your program leadership early to secure support for these conferences.

Registration information, hotel details, and program updates will be shared as planning is finalized. We appreciate your patience and look forward to sharing more information in the coming months.
