Hello, ARCOS!

I hope this message finds you well! I know how busy our roles can be, so I wanted to send a friendly reminder that it’s time to renew your ARCOS membership dues for 2026-2027 academic year.

To keep your membership active and avoid any interruption in benefits, dues must be renewed by July 31, 2026. Memberships that are not renewed by this date will be deactivated.

Maintaining an active ARCOS membership gives you continued access to:

• The ARCOS website and Online Community
• Virtual sessions and professional updates
• Eligibility to register and discounts for the ARCOS Annual Conference

As a reminder, ARCOS dues are paid by institution, meaning all orthopaedic coordinators at your institution are covered under one annual fee. Please ensure that the Primary Member and all Associate Members are listed under the exact same institution name, so everyone remains included and active.
