It was great seeing you last week at ARCOS, I was wondering for those who do ” Houses within their program if you could you please provide information regarding the “Houses” component Specifically, I would appreciate insights into how this was developed and the method by which participants earn points. We are interested in establishing a similar structure and are seeking guidance to facilitate its implementation in the upcoming academic year. Our institution’s IM program currently utilizes a comparable system, but I am eager to gather feedback from another orthopedic program for a broader perspective.
