Dear ARCOS Members,

This is a friendly reminder of the upcoming registration deadline for the 2026 ARCOS Conference.

Conference Details:
Dates: February 10–12, 2026
Location: Marriott Jacksonville Downtown, 245 Water St., Jacksonville, FL 32202

Registration Deadline:
Late Rate: $750 – Final deadline December 31, 2025 (credit card only)
No exceptions after January 1, 2026.

Register now by visiting the ARCOS main page and clicking “Register and Book Your Room.” From there, you can:

-Register for the conference
-Book your hotel room
-View the preliminary program

Hello, any chance someone can send me the link for the hotel registration? I need to cancel my hotel and for the life of me, I can’t find my confirmation. 🙁

Hello All!

I am a new coordinator, and this will be my first time at ARCOS/CORD! Will there be two separate check-ins for each meeting? Just trying to prepare myself for what to expect.

Hi Lauren! Yes-there was a separate registration for each ARCOS and CORD and there will be a separate check in for each as well! This is our second year doing it together with CORD, so I bet you are not the only one experiencing this model for the first time-so thank you for asking, as I bet there are other coordinators wondering too!
