Honor GiffordParticipantHi everyone,
I hope you are having a good summer.
We want to track various items by creating a dashboard, including research projects, Step 3 scores, OITE scores, and more. I’m happy to create a spreadsheet but was wondering if anyone already had and would be willing to share what they have. Mostly to see what things we may not have thought about tracking that we should and isn’t tracked somewhere else.
If you have such a spreadsheet, will you please post it here, or email it to me at honor@jhmi.edu?
Thank you!
Honor Gifford (new/old last name :))

Mara SweetParticipantI combined a few of my trackers into this one excel. I usually have my OITE separate from ABOS (once they graduate, I move them from OITE to ABOS!). The resident personnel tabs I keep in an excel all their own and have it password protected since it has their SSN’s (I move all their personal info over to my alumni excel once they graduate, except for the SSN’s which I delete!). We’re trying to figure out a better way to track our research, right now I only track it if they get it accepted for podium/poster through my financial budget tracker.

Missy DuranteParticipantYou have created some great spreadsheets. Can you do an excel training session 🙂
Do you happen to have one for tracking time off? If so, would you be willing to share.
Thank you!

Honor GiffordParticipantTo the administrator from Vanderbilt,
Thank you for sharing your template! I love it. I have a lot of things in that spreadsheet but spread out over numerous sheets.
Missy,
I love excel!! I’d be happy to give a training session.
My chiefs manage vacations and created the spreadsheet I have attached to track vacations. I hope this helps.
Honor

Mara SweetParticipantYou’re welcome! I also have my trackers spread all over the place. I’ve considered putting them all in one folder, but I’m used to having them all over! I’ve also attached my absence tracker. We do absences via Qgenda now that we have it for our call schedule, so I use this less than I used to. I use my ABOS tracker a little more for the absence tracker part of things now, but sometimes it is good to see it all in one place!

Jennafer HoylandKeymasterNot sure if this is what you are looking for but we use this for our semi-annual evaluations to track everything for the residents. We use it in smart sheets but I exported it to excel to share easier.
