    My PGY5 resident was just made aware today that her Sports medicine fellowship has been canceled.  This was at Kerlan-Jobe in California.  I have two questions.  Has this effected anyone else?  Does anyone know of any sports medicine or elbow fellowships openings for this August?  You can imagine this is a complete shock to my resident who was planning to move across country for this fellowship.

    Good morning from Los Angeles!

    My PGY 5 is also starting this fellowship.  He said they are speaking to the Fellowship PD later today for more information; it may just be a name change, not a discontinuation of the fellowship.  Feel free to reach out.

    Hi,

    I am sure this is devastating to all the residents that were accepted in this program.  At New England Baptist Hosptial we do have a foot and ankle fellowship opening.  I know it is not shoulder and elbow or sports, but it would be something to fill the void.  Let me know if they are interested.

    Does anyone have any adult recon fellowship openings  for August? My resident just found most of the staff from his program left the program.
