Hello! Our adult reconstruction fellowship here at Oregon Health & Science University is currently in the process of submitting an application to the AAHKS Fellowship Recognition Program that is required of AAHKS members by the April 2026 Match. In the application they ask for an example of evaluations that we will administer to the fellow at the end of each rotation and a faculty eval that the fellow will complete at the end (required for the recognition program). Because our program has been unaccredited for its entire existence, we have not historically done evaluations (we are also a younger program having started in 2020). Would any of my fellow adult reconstruction program coordinators of unaccredited programs be willing to share an example of an evaluation you administer to your fellows/faculty regarding their training milestones? Thank you so much in advance for any help the group can provide!
