Dear ARCOS
We are thrilled to announce that Nashville, Tennessee will host the ARCOS Annual Conference 2025, from February 11–13, 2025.
Our theme this year, “Building Relationships: It Begins With Us,” could not be more apropos as we embark on our new partnership with the Council of Orthopaedic Residency Directors (CORD).
The ARCOS Board of Directors is working diligently to bring you a conference full of inspiring, innovative, and informative content. As always, this agenda will include networking opportunities that include a meeting with our program directors at the CORD conference following our time together at the ARCOS conference.
We encourage you to reserve this date in your calendar and stay tuned for more updates. The attached Save the Date includes important information and a link to secure your room at the conference hotel at a great rate!
We look forward to welcoming you to a dynamic and engaging conference experience that will enhance your knowledge as an orthopaedic professional.
Sincerely,
The ARCOS Board of Directors

Thank you very much for sending the dates of the 2025 annual conference. I’m looking forward to the meeting and the expanded collaboration with CORD. Are coordinators welcome/encouraged to attend both days of the CORD meeting? This will help determine travel dates (i.e. checkout on Thursday or Friday from the hotel). Thanks again for your efforts.
Best regards,
Erica Fry
July 31, 2024 at 5:01 pm #5674Laurel LewisKeymasterHi Erica,
Thank you for your question!
Yes, as in years past, Program Coordinators(PC) are encouraged and very welcome to attend the CORD Conference! I will refer you to the CORD Save the Date email that was sent earlier today, and I quote:
The AOA’s Council of Orthopaedic Residency Directors (CORD) is thrilled to announce a significant advancement in program development. Recognizing the immense value that Residency and Fellowship Program Coordinators bring to graduate medical education (GME), AOA/CORD is excited to launch a formal collaboration with the Association of Residency Coordinators in Orthopaedic Surgery (ARCOS).
The dates for both conferences are listed on our save the date (attached), and there is just a couple of hours between the conferences. We are working with CORD on events that both PCs and PDs can enjoy together.
If you did not get an email from AOA’s Council of Orthopaedic Residency Directors at Noon (Eastern) please email me and I will forward it to you. llewis8@wellspan.org
Thanks again for reaching out!
~Laurel
