Good afternoon.
Wanted to see if anyone is hearing of testing issues on Part I.
I just received a call from one of our graduates. He just “completed” the exam yet the system shut down after six sections.
Instructions noted there were seven sections.
The Prometric site assured him that the exam was complete. We documented via email and also called ABOS to confirm yet their lines are not receiving messages. I did call an alternate number and left a message with Tech support too. I instructed him to do the same and send in an email noting what occurred.
Our graduate did say he is hearing this is a nation wide occurrence. guessing he is speaking with others.
Please let me know if you have experienced anything similar.

I just got a panic call from one of my residents as well. He said section 6 cut off 10 minutes early and section 7 wouldn’t appear. He said the testing site was trying to call ABOS, but couldn’t get through.
I cant imagine how frustrated they must be feeling

Any help on how to handle this is welcome.
Kindly,
Misty

I received a similar panic phone call. My resident did complete but said it definitely cut his time early and he had to rush through the last section. The other two residents (not mine) taking at the same facility didn’t complete the last section at all.
I advised the same, email ABOS immediately so there is documentation of it. They all gave a report to the Pearson Center as well who documented their statements.
