    The Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics (UWHC) in Madison, WI has an opening for a PGY-3 to start June 24, 2024 or July 1, 2024.

     

    We are looking for someone who will have successfully completed PGY-1 and PGY-2 in an ACGME orthopaedic surgery residency program and can meet UWHC institutional employment eligibility requirements before hire.     • CV
    • USMLE transcript
    • A letter of recommendation from your current PD and a faculty mentor
    • A personal statement/letter of intent
    • Prepared to provide:
      • Rotation schedule for previous educational experiences
      • Summative competency-based performance (ACGME Milestones Report)
