    Hi,

    Would anyone have a resident and patient satisfaction program to review with the residents which includes professionalism, courtesy, making their needs feel heard, team rounding, and reminders to the patients that they will receive a survey and its important to our medical centers that they work in that the patients feel they had extra-ordinary care.

    I know this is a BIG ASk, but whatever you may have would be greatly appreciated it.

    I don’t know if this would be helpful to you or not but we do a quick evaluation with patients that are seen by the residents in clinic for our 360 eval.

    I attached a copy of the evaluation.  It’s two per page and I add the resident name and then cut them.  Each pt just completes one evaluation.
