I want to ensure that each of you saw the following email sent from the OITE team at the AAOS.
The deadline for registration for the 2022 OITE ends on September 30, 2022 – please see their email and attachments below:

REMINDER – RPXXXX -AAOS 2022 Orthopaedic In-Training Examination (OITE®) Resident Registration Information (Action Required – Registration begins September 1st and runs through September 30th).Through the Resident Management Portal AAOS Resident Management Portal [residentmanagement.aaos.org], you will register residents for the 2022 Orthopaedic In-Training Examination (OITE).
OITE Registration begins on September 1st and runs through September 30th.
**Once the registration period has closed on September 30th you will no longer be able to access the portal to register your residents for the OITE.

Dear Residency Coordinators:
We are excited to remind you that the AAOS Resident Management Portal [residentmanagement.aaos.org], will open for OITE registration on September 1, 2022. You will be required to login with your AAOS credentials to access the portal.
Through the Resident Management Portal, you will register residents for the 2022 Orthopaedic In-Training Examination (OITE). OITE Registration begins on September 1st and runs through September 30th.
**Once the registration period has closed on September 30th you will no longer be able to access the portal to register your residents for the OITE.
Both the Resident Management Portal and a User Guide [aaos.org], can be accessed by visiting the below URL, and instructions for completing the OITE Registration can be found on pages 9 and 10 of the User Guide:
OF IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Payment processing and invoicing is not available through the portal for the 2022 OITE administration; this functionality is planned as a future enhancement to the product.
If you have not already completed your purchase of the 2022 OITE, please submit your completed product order form and request for invoice to AAOS Customer Service by emailing customerservice@aaos.org.
As a reminder, purchase and examination fees for the OITE are due on or before October 15, 2021 (without exception). All orders and payments must be handled directly through AAOS Customer Service.
If you have questions regarding OITE Registration, Resident Enrollment, Program/Resident information Changes, or Order/Payment:
Registration process or test administration: please contact the AAOS via e-mail at exams@aaos.org, provide your RP number. One of the examination team members will respond to your e-mail promptly.
Resident Enrollment or Transition questions and Program changes/updates, please send an email to Barb DiGangi in Membership at join@aaos.org. Include your RP number in the subject line of the email.
Purchasing, payment processing, or invoicing: please contact Customer Service at 1-800-626-6726, or via email customerservice@aaos.org, provide your RP number. One of the customer service team members will assist promptly.

(I’ve done this multiple times since then). However in the “order summary”, it says I have no orders. Is this normal?
September 20, 2022 at 4:08 pm #3933AnonymousInactiveThe resident management portal says invoicing will occur after the close of the registration period. So you will be sent an invoice at that time.
September 21, 2022 at 8:28 am #3934Lisa HernandezParticipantI had the same issue with getting an “OK” but nothing in order summary.
I spoke with the registration team last night. The Order Summary is a work in progress and does not work for this year.
They said if you got an “OK” from selecting your student you must then fill out the form and submit to customerservice@aaos.org. for payment if you need an invoice to have a check mailed. I did this last night and received an invoice within a half hour.
