Happy Friday! I hope everyone is doing well and looking forward to the weekend.

Just a couple of quick updates from the ARCOS Board of Directors.

Membership Dues

For those who have not renewed their ARCOS membership for their program for 2022, we have extended the deadline to January 31. If you complete your dues renewal online and pay by credit card, your account will automatically be reactivated as soon as you make a payment.

Annual Meeting in Chicago

Registration is open for the Annual Meeting in Chicago scheduled for March 22-25 at the Hilton Chicago Hotel. If you are planning to attend the meeting and have not registered yet, we ask that you please do so as soon as possible.

The deadline for our meeting registration is Monday, January 31. Again, we highly encourage that you complete your meeting registration and payment online.

If we do not meet a certain number of registered attendees for the annual meeting by 5:00 pm EST on Monday, January 31, the in-person meeting will have to be canceled. I have received emails asking if we will offer a hybrid option and unfortunately this is not financially possible.

Like many of you, we never thought that two years later we would still be in a pandemic and facing the challenges of these unprecedented times.  It has been tough to stay engaged at times, but pandemic or not, in GME we ARE essential personnel.  We must keep up-to-date and informed.  Working together, whether it be in-person, via email, or through our website we can make that happen.

The Board is planning for a great meeting in Chicago, and we just need you to join us!
