Good afternoon, everyone.

Our program has numerous faculty and residents that participate in the interview process.   We’re attempting to create a standardized scoring sheet for everyone to use.  Hoping this will help with those faculty and residents that either score applicants significantly higher and/or lower than the others.

I wanted to see if anyone else already is using a standardized scoring system, and if so would you be willing to share your document?
