    Hello all, this is my first interview season as a Program Coordinator and looking for a little advice! Our program interviews less than 20 people so I’m thinking of sending out individual emails versus using a program like Thalamus. Does anyone handle this way? And if so, do you have a sample email template you don’t mind sharing? We plan to send out our interview offers on 11/15.

    Dear  Applicant,

     

    Your completed hand fellowship (or enter whatever type of program) application materials have been received and reviewed. We would like to invite you to our virtual interview on Sunday, February 28, 2021.  Further details will be sent following your confirmation of attendance and as we get closer to the meeting date.
