Good Morning!  We are implementing a very brief evaluation for patients to evaluate the residents.  Historically, we had a third party do these, but unfortunately, there was little success.

Do any of you do these in your institution, and if so, how are they implemented? Through nursing, clinic, offices, etc…..??
