I am a new-to-orthopaedics GME coordinator and I have some questions about the ABOS Assessments site. If any one is willing to help I would appreciate it very much.

My questions are:
• As I understand there are three sections to the ABOS Assessments (Skills, Behavioral, 360s). In the REPORTS tab there are only reports for Milestones and Behavioral. Are the Skills Assessments equivalent to the Milestones Report?
• How are the Annual 360 Assessments to be distributed to the staff? Does the resident do that or is it something that the coordinator should do? I don’t see that I have access to do that.
• The ONE-Tool Report does not do anything for me? Is it supposed to? It always says “No records found” for any date range entered.
• The Professional Behavior Charts only show me 2018-2019 data. Should there be data there for 2019-2020?
• Lastly is there a time frame in which the resident must send out a request for Skills Assessment on a case? I have heard there is, (24- maybe 48-hours) but no one is sure what it is.
