    Good Morning,
    Have any of you had residents that registered to attend AO Truama Basics course in Nashville for May 28th-31st and not received your refund yet?
    My 3 residents have not been reimbursed and we have had no callbacks regarding this. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

    We did receive refund checks for the four residents that we had scheduled. The residents notified me that AONA was going to issue refund checks and I asked that they be made to the University, since I paid for the course with my purchasing card. Two checks were mailed, back in May I believe, for $2,400 each.
