Thalamus interview management software

Our program is looking to use the Thalamus interview management software this interview season. My program director participated in a Zoom meeting with them today and was completely blown away. I am curious if any of your programs are currently using Thalamus. Some of the other programs at our institution have used it for a few years but it’s hard to compare their programs to ours so I thought I would reach out to the experts.

I used Thalamus for my 4 fellowships last interview season and it was a godsend. It saved so much time and they are building out so many new features.. I cannot wait to use it again this year. We may need to conduct interviews virtually and Thalamus is likely going to be our “one stop shop” for coordinating applications, interview sign ups, and interview day. Also, it was incredibly affordable and has the BEST customer service.

Vanessa, would you mind sharing what the pricing is like? Is it based by how many people you invite to use it, per program, per institution, or different pricing plans? I think we may request a demo, but our GME manager would like to get an idea ahead of time how the pricing compares to Interview Broker (what a lot of our programs use now).

Thank you Vanessa. I have viewed the demo and it looks like it will be just what we need for interviews this year. I recommend all members look into Thalamus as we will all be facing virtual interviews this year.
