    Hi All,

    We are looking to change up our fellowship funding model and were wondering if anyone is willing to connect with me on this. We are a bit different from other insitututes as we are a private, specialty hospital, without residency programs or a university affiliation. We are no longer breaking even on one of our programs and another has never done so. We have the following non-accredited ortho programs: Adul Recon Hip&Knee, Spine, Foot & Ankle. We have one ACGME accredited Ortho Sport Med program.

    If anyone is willing to chat with me, even to help brainstorm, it would be immensely appreciated.

    Hi Vanessa,
    We are a private practice with one ACGME fellowship, and no residency programs, university or hospital affiliations. I’ll reach out to you by email, but wanted to post here too because I wonder how many ARCOS members are part of similar structures? It might be great to connect as small sub-group since there are some unique challenges to a small institution and/or no university or hospital affiliation.
