    Hello All!

    Still a newbie coordinator! I am going to start implementing 360 evaluations and when I peaked around the other departments within our database, it seems everyone distributes them different (ie: by rotation, quarterly, bi-annually). I was looking for some feedback on the distribution of your 360 evaluations. Do you also have your residents evaluate each other? Right now I planned on having nursing and PA staff for 360’s.

    Hi Erin,
    At WashU, NPs and MAs complete the 360 evaluations for the residents. Toward the end of the year, the residents complete peer evaluations on each other EXCEPT on their own class (so a PGY2 will evaluate interns, PGY3,4,5). The feedback is compiled and then shared to the resident at their year-end meeting with the Program Director.
