Hello, ARCOS Fam

Can anyone suggest an easy-to-reply-to (sending to doctors who don’t want to fill out a huge survey) online invitation for my graduation events? We have 3 days of events including a golf outing and it would be nice to keep RSVPs, etc., all in one place.
