    Do any of your programs send a post match survey to applicants. If you do, do you send it to everyone you interviewed, only the rotators, or the applicants you could have matched with but didn’t due to their rank list? If you have sent one out, this year or in the past, would you mind sharing the survey?

    We have not sent a survey, but it is something I would like to consider. I think we would send to all those we ranked. It would be helpful to see a survey that someone has used.

    We have not done this in recent years only due to time constraints (imagine that) but it has always been well received by both interviewers and interviewees. It is sent out before Match Day. I think it helps to have some humor within the serious items. We are a low key, get things done, kind of residency so having our interview Meet and Greet at a local pub is just how we roll. I used Survey Monkey.

    We have sent out a survey the past two years. Last year we sent it out after match day and we received little response. This year we sent it out after the rank list deadline, but before match day, and we had a much better response. It comes from our GME department and goes to everyone who interviewed with any of our residency programs, then the GME department breaks out the responses by specialty.
