Call for Posters 2025

This is your opportunity to share your innovative ideas, research, projects, or processes that
you utilize to educate trainees or manage your program. Examples might include, but are not
limited to:

  • Leadership
  • Wellness/burnout
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion/Workforce diversity
  • Educational research
  • Faculty development
  • Innovative ideas that you have brought to your program
  • New resources, software, apps, or inventions that have improved your program
  • Educational innovations

Guidelines for posters:

  • All Posters must be authored and submitted by an ARCOS member or members
  • All posters must be printed as 24 inch X 36 inch posters. Larger posters are not able to be presented.
  • Posters will be shipped at the author’s expense
  • All poster presenters will be responsible for their meeting registration and travel expenses. ARCOS will provide easel and posterboard (2 foot x 3 foot size only) during the Annual Conference
  • Poster presenters are asked to attend their poster during lunch on Wednesday, February 12 so that members may learn more about each entry

Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place posters as voted by Membership
