The Association of Residency Coordinators in Orthopaedic Surgery (ARCOS, LLC) is a national professional organization for program coordinators of orthopaedic surgery residencies and fellowships.

ARCOS was created to establish a national group of orthopaedic program coordinators who would be recognized by both program directors and the orthopaedic community at large; to provide a support structure and advocacy forum for coordinators; and to further coordinators’ knowledge and skills through the exchange of ideas and information.

The ARCOS annual meeting, website, and listserv, are all essential resources for enhancing the jobs of our coordinators, thereby improving and enriching the graduate medical educational experience of our orthopaedic residents and fellows.
